Julie Dearinger-Smith

Julie Dearinger-Smith has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on clinical application support and EHR implementation. Julie has held leadership roles at Baptist Health Care and CPSI, where they managed teams and provided consulting services for hospitals and physician clinics. Julie also has experience in clinical informatics at Pratt Regional Medical Center, where they supported EMR use and co-chaired IT strategic planning initiatives. Their background includes positions as a clinic nurse, agency nurse, and certified medication aide.

Julie Dearinger-Smith completed their RN degree in Nursing from Pratt Community College in 2001. Julie then went on to earn a BSN in Nursing from Tabor College in 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Capella University, which they completed in 2020. Julie also obtained additional certifications in healthcare informatics and healthcare quality over the years.
