Kristin Ales

Kristin Ales is currently working at Baptist Health Care as a Talent and Workforce Development Manager, having previously held roles as Senior Talent Partner and Health Care Recruiter at the same company. Prior to joining Baptist Health Care, Kristin worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Covenant Care, Corp. and in Human Resources at Carter Crane & Rigging. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida, Kristin also served as a Department Manager at Gayfers Cordova Mall earlier in their career.
