Victoria Smolik

Victoria Smolik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in critical care management and stroke coordination at Baptist Health Care since January 2014. Currently serving as the Critical Care Division Manager and previously in the role of Stroke Coordinator, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in both operational leadership and specialized patient care. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of West Florida.
