Saundra Boyle is an accomplished healthcare administrator with extensive experience in health information management and technology. Currently serving as Director of Denial Mitigation and Epic Certified HIM, Identity & Cadence Advisory Lead at Baptist Memorial Health Care since April 1998, Saundra has successfully directed the rollout of Epic HIM & Identity products across 14 hospitals and over 200 clinics, achieving significant results within tight deadlines. Previous positions include Director HIM, Quality & IT at UT Medical Group, Inc. and Director of Dictation/Transcription Services at University of Minnesota Hospital. Educational credentials include degrees in Health Care Administration from Eastern Michigan University, Information Systems Technology from the University of Memphis, and Health Information Management from Western Kentucky University.
