Steve Gray

Steve Gray has an extensive work experience in asset management and leadership roles. Steve served as the Head of Asset Management at BaptistCare NSW & ACT, responsible for strategic asset management of a diverse portfolio. Prior to that, they held the same role at Peakstone, overseeing a $1.5bn commercial office portfolio. Before that, they worked as the Director of Asset Management & Leasing at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, managing key Sydney precincts. Steve also served as the Managing Director at Apogee Management, Fund Manager at Dexus, Senior Funds Manager at Stockland, and Fund Manager/Senior Portfolio Manager at Colonial First State.

Steve Gray obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Land Economics from Western Sydney University in 1992. Later, in 1998, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2017, Steve also received a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
