Thomas Griffiths FCA GAICD is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and strategy. Thomas currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Investments at BaptistCare NSW & ACT, where they are responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving investment decisions. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a CA Program Facilitator & Marker at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, where they played a key role in developing and assessing the competency of aspiring chartered accountants. Thomas also worked as a Commercial Manager at Greengate Group, overseeing financial operations and contributing to the company's growth. Thomas has substantial experience in the aviation industry, having served as the Finance Innovation Lead at Qantas Loyalty Ventures, where they worked on designing and modeling business cases for new projects. Thomas also held the position of Financial Control - Corporate Finance at Dexus, a leading real estate investment trust. Thomas Griffiths FCA GAICD completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1997-1999, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Sydney. In 2005-2006, they attended Macquarie University to obtain their Masters of Applied Finance.
