Nisha Khanal is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in aged care and nursing management. Currently serving as a Residential Manager at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since January 2021, Nisha has previously held roles as Facility Manager at Aged care and Carino Care, and Care Manager at Bankstown City Aged Care. Nisha's clinical background includes five years as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent’s, where outstanding performance in clinical assessment and care planning was demonstrated. Nisha's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Dr. Johns College Of Nursing and a Higher Secondary degree in Science from Chitwan Science College.
