Christine de la Huerta

Christine de la Huerta is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Baptist Health South Florida since January 2021, Christine has successfully transformed the organization's communications function, built a team, and led cultural communications efforts for over 27,000 employees. Previously, as Vice President at BOLD FIU, Christine contributed to a student-run communications agency. Other roles include Director of Communications at Carnival Cruise Line, where responsibilities included managing brand reputation and internal communications, and Vice President at rbb Communications, managing accounts across diverse sectors. Christine holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication with a focus on Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Media Production from Florida State University, complemented by an AA in Liberal Arts from Miami Dade College.
