Leticia Selmon

Leticia Selmon, RHIA, CCS, CDIP is currently the Director of Coding Education at Baptist Health System KY & IN, where Leticia oversees coding education for the Baptist medical group. Prior to this role, Leticia worked as a Business Owner at Ticia & Associates, LLC and held various positions in companies such as Children's Minnesota, Medica, Trinity Health (HQ Michigan), Allina Health, and Fairview Health Services, focusing on outpatient coding, fraud waste and abuse investigation, and professional coding education/analysis. Leticia has a Bachelor of Science in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from Herzing University and completed a Certificate Program in Medical Coding and Billing from Lakeland Medical Dental Academy.
