Charles Bronstein

Mr. Bronstein is an experienced financial services professional with a background in advising individuals and institutions on a broad range on investment matters including securities, alternative investments and investment banking. Mr. Bronstein was a Director at Hightower Advisors working with high-net-worth clients. Prior to Hightower, he served as a Vice President and Private Banker at JP Morgan.

Previously, Mr. Bronstein was a Principal at Owl Capital Partners where he oversaw M&A in consumer businesses. Prior to Owl Capital, Mr. Bronstein was a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at GE Capital where he developed M&A transactions.

Before joining GE, Mr. Bronstein was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs serving in the firm’s Financial Sponsors Group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Bronstein was as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Industrials and Media sectors. Mr. Bronstein began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at JP Morgan Investment Management. Mr. Bronstein graduated in 1997 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
