Ega Dewangga is currently serving as Hauling Superintendent at PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (Baramulti Group) since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Coal Production Section Head at Pamapersada Nusantara from August 2014 to February 2024, where responsibilities encompassed production planning, people development, and coordination with various departments and customer representatives to meet mining operation targets. Additional positions at Pamapersada Nusantara included SHE Coordinator, overseeing the implementation of the Pama Safety Management System, and leadership roles in coal getting and hauling, which involved daily supervision of mining and delivery activities. Ega holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta, completed in September 2013.
