Kathrin Falkenstein

Kathrin Falkenstein is a Learning and Development Specialist at baramundi software since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in personal development and organizational change from a 15-year tenure at LV 1871. During this period, Kathrin served as a dedicated Personalentwicklerin, involved in managing and supporting change processes, as well as a Scrum Master, where responsibilities included coaching an IT development team, facilitating Scrum meetings, and enhancing team performance. Earlier roles included an internship in human resources at LV 1871, focusing on personnel development and selection processes, and a position as a trainer at ebid GmbH, where Kathrin organized and conducted training sessions.
