Courtney Felton

Courtney Felton is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist at National Vision Inc. since July 2021, with a strong background in instructional design. Previously, Courtney served as Instructional Design Manager at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from May 2017 to July 2021 and held roles as Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Design Specialist within UAB's Division of eLearning and Professional Studies and the School of Public Health, respectively. Courtney's earlier experience includes enhancing online courses at United States Sports Academy, teaching English Language Arts and reading remediation at Mattie T. Blount High School, and interning in instructional design at the University of South Alabama. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education/Language Arts Composite, both from the University of South Alabama.
