Erdem Özşen

Erdem Özşen has a diverse range of work experience. Erdem started their career as a Trainee at Carlsberg Breweries in 2004 and later worked as an Assistant of Sales Manager at Netsis from 2006 to 2011. Erdem then joined CRM Institute as a Sales Manager from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, Erdem took on the role of Director of Customer Experience at Proj-e Yazılım & -99, where they stayed until 2019. From 2018 to 2020, they co-founded and served as a Co-Founder at BUGOMEGA, focusing on digital channel supervision and quality control. Erdem also worked as a Trainer, Consultant, and Project Coordinator at Müşteri Deneyimi Merkezi from 2013 onwards. Erdem became a Yönetici Ortak at RetailMarkup in 2019 and currently holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Baran Ambalaj since 2023.

Erdem Özşen earned a Master's degree in Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri (Management Information Systems) from Dokuz Eylul University, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in İktisat (Economics) from the same university's İşletme Fakültesi (Faculty of Business) between 2001 and 2005.
