Marcos Eguillor is an experienced professional with a background in innovation, transformation, entrepreneurship, and technology. Marcos has worked for numerous companies, beginning in 2007 as an Adjunct Professor for IE Business School. In 2008, they began working as an Independent Consultant, providing management, transformation, innovation, intrapreneurship, and technology consulting services. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Founder and Managing Partner of BinaryKnowledge_. In 2014, they Co-founded and became COO of IdeaFoster. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Director of Digital Strategy and Technology Innovation for élogos. In 2017, they Co-founded Barbara and MAD Lions, and served as Chief Commercial Officer for MAD Lions. In 2019, they became a Senior Advisor for Señor Lobo & Friends and in 2020, they Co-founded and became CRO for vidiv.

Marcos Eguillor has a long and varied educational history. Marcos obtained their EGB, BUP, and COU from Colegio Sagrada Familia between 1983 and 1995. Marcos then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, which they completed in 2000. In 2005, they earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from IE Business School. In the same year, they began a PhD in Lean Innovation Planning at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they are still pursuing. In 2016, they began a PhD course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Eindhoven University of Technology. Additionally, Marcos has obtained several certifications, including a Private Equity and Venture Capital certification from Coursera in 2019, an Exponential Innovation Program certification from Singularity University in 2018, a Research Proficiency certification from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2010, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute in 2009.
