Agnieszka Śliwka-Stachowiak has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Agnieszka began their career in 2009 as the Chairman of the Board at Studio Marki Brandsoul, where they coordinated marketing activities, created company strategies, and provided sales and marketing consulting. From 2013 onwards, they worked as a Brand Manager at Marka sukcesu, where they managed a project for MśP.

In 2016, Agnieszka took on the role of Owner at Akademia marki MśP, where they trained individuals in telephone sales, direct sales, customer service, and marketing. Agnieszka also initiated and owned the Portal MśP, an online platform.

In 2017, Agnieszka founded Sales GO!, a sales agency specializing in various industries such as automotive, catering, medical, and fitness. Agnieszka also authored a book titled "Mała Czarna - Poradnik Kobiety Aktywnej" and explored coaching as a Coach at Coach AS.

From 2018 onwards, Agnieszka held marketing positions at Grupa SET and CONTMAN. Presently, they serve as the Head of Sales & Marketing at BARBORA Polska, where they manage sales, marketing, and PR, formulates strategies, and creates solutions.

Agnieszka Śliwka-Stachowiak began their education at the Poznan University of Economics And Business, where they pursued a Magister degree in Ekonomia from 2001-2007. Agnieszka then continued their education in 2018 and 2019 at Grupa SET, obtaining certifications as a Coach and a Business Trainer from the Szkoła Coachów and Szkoła Trenerów Biznesu, respectively. In 2023, they attended LABA POLSKA and obtained a degree in Dyrektor Marketingu with a focus on Marketing. Throughout their career, they have also obtained various certifications, including CMO - DYREKTOR MARKETINGU from Szkoła biznesu Laba, Certyfikat CCA /Core Coach Accreditation/ from Grupa SET sp. z o.o., and a certification in Myślenie Wizualne from Elżbieta Curyło. Agnieszka also has a certification in "Google Internetowe Rewolucje "Podstawy Marketingu Internetowego" 40 godzin" from Google. Furthermore, they have acquired additional certifications and qualifications in areas such as Język angielski B1 - według Europejskiego systemu kształcenia językowego, Kadry Płace Premium - poziom średniozaawansowany, Kadry płace, Zus z wykorzystaniem programu Symfonia, Zarządzanie sprzedażą i relacjami z klientami, Profesjonalna obsługa Klienta, Profesjonalista na rynku pracy - cykl szkoleń (Zarządzanie, analiza klienta pod kątem zatrudnienia, umiejętności interpersonalne), and Telesprzedawca from various institutions.
