Bill Gulart

Bill Gulart serves as the Director of Business Operations at Barbosa Cabinets, Inc., since January 2022, overseeing lean projects aimed at enhancing processes from quoting to cabinet fabrication. Previously, Bill held the position of Plant Manager, where management responsibilities included all phases of production. Bill's career includes a role as Sr. Project Manager at WhisperKOOL®, managing engineering and R&D departments and successfully guiding projects from concept to production. At Applied Aerospace Structures Corporation, Bill advanced from Program Manager to Director of Programs and Engineering, leading extensive teams and managing multiple high-value aerospace projects, while maintaining budgets and schedules. Early in Bill's career, significant experience was gained as a Mechanical CAD Designer at United Technologies, focusing on the design of solid rocket motors.
