Elena Stavrou

Elena Stavrou possesses extensive experience in finance and operations across various global companies. Currently serving as Operations and Company Secretary at Barcats since February 2021, Elena has held multiple senior roles including Finance Director for Australia and New Zealand at Accolade Wines from January 2017 to February 2020, and Head of Finance for International Customer Experience at Qantas for a brief period in 2016. Previous positions at Accolade Wines involved leadership in commercial finance and transformation initiatives, while earlier experience at PayPal and Diageo included roles in financial planning, analysis, and commercial finance management. Elena holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Adelaide and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of South Australia.
