Carla M. Flores

Carla M. Previously, Carla held the position of Chief of Staff at Beckett Collectibles, driving strategic objectives that generated $90 million. During a decade-long tenure at Rent-A-Center, Carla progressed through multiple roles, culminating as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing the execution of company strategy and optimization of resources. Earlier experience includes roles at 7-Eleven, where Carla facilitated strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level. Carla holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
