Mark Duris has a wide range of work experience in the field of information technology. Mark started their career in 1984 at CF Air Freight, Inc., where they worked in domestic and international operations. Mark then moved on to Air Express International, where they continued to work in operations. In 1988, they joined Milwaukee Access Telecommunications Authority (MATA) as a producer, where they produced various programs for public access television.

In 1989, Mark joined Amerford International Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they managed local office operations for air freight forwarding and logistics. Mark introduced PC to mainframe connectivity for multiple offices.

In 1993, Mark joined the National Fluid Power Association as an Information Technology Manager, where they were responsible for all IT roles, including servers, networks, databases, and helpdesk support. Mark installed and managed Windows NT servers and performed a network conversion.

In 1999, Mark worked as an IT Consultant at Wetzel Brothers, Inc. before joining IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries in 2000. At IPC, Mark held various roles, starting as a Network Administrator and eventually progressing to IT Manager, Network Manager, IT Director, Applications Director, and finally CRM Business Support Director. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as managing IT staff, overseeing projects and budgets, and implementing CRM and web application solutions. Mark also managed servers and conducted server and network upgrades.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, project management, CRM integration, and server and network administration.

Mark Duris received their education from various institutions over the years. In 1979 to 1982, they attended Pulaski High School. From 1982 to 1984, they pursued coursework in Business Data Processing, computers, and computer graphics at Milwaukee Area Technical College. In 1998 to 1999, Mark took Continuing Education courses in Windows NT Administration and Active Server Pages at Marquette University. In 2000 to 2003, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center to specialize in Information Technology. Mark furthered their education from 2005 to 2011 at the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In 2010 to 2014, Mark pursued studies in Information Technology at Directions Training. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained a certification in "Avoiding New Manager Mistakes" from LinkedIn.
