Aleix Vila

Aleix Vila is a Blockchain Developer and Advanced Researcher at Eurecat - Technology Centre of Catalonia since November 2017, contributing to applied research and innovation to enhance the competitiveness of companies. In addition, Aleix serves as a Teacher at Barcelona Activa, providing education on blockchain technology to IT professionals. As Chief Technology Officer at Watteco, Aleix focuses on utilizing blockchain to facilitate the energy transition for European towns and cities. Previous experience includes a position as a Blockchain Specialist at Atraura Blockchain and serving as Treasurer at Barcelona Mobile Apps. Aleix holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completed in 2018.
