Araceli Alcalde

Araceli Alcalde currently serves in general management for the Labor Orientation Programs department at Barcelona Activa since February 2024, specializing in activity management for Barcelona Treball. In addition, Araceli has been a workshop leader at the Civic Center for the Elderly since September 2021, conducting memory workshops, various dances, and laughter therapy. Previous roles include contract management and documentation in the Economics and Finance department at Barcelona Activa, mentoring unemployed individuals over 50 through the Mentoring+ project, and serving as a volunteer teacher for migrant literacy at Fundació Bayt al-Thaqafa. Araceli has extensive experience in administrative roles across various educational and cultural institutions in Barcelona. Currently pursuing a degree in Social Education, Araceli's educational background includes a Higher Degree in Secretariat and professional training in Administration.
