Loles Martinez Caparros

Loles Martinez Caparros has extensive experience in labor inclusion and vocational training, having worked at Barcelona Activa since October 1994 in various leadership roles, including Directora d'Inclusió Laboral and Directora de Treball. Responsibilities include the design, organization, and management of programs aimed at improving employability and labor insertion for participants. Prior to this, Loles held positions at Ajuntament de Sabadell and EMFO, focusing on occupational dynamization and professional guidance. Loles holds a Licenciatura in Pedagogia from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained in 1991.
