Sergio Lafita

Sergio Lafita is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in developing solutions and addressing client challenges in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as General Manager at Iteral Estudios y Servicios, S.L. since January 2001, Sergio specializes in logistics consulting, project implementation, and quality and environmental management systems including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Additionally, Sergio holds academic positions, teaching postgraduate courses on industrial plant management at ASCAMM Foundation and warehouse organization and management at Barcelona Activa. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Disalfarm and Senior Consultant at Miebach Logistics, further highlighting a comprehensive background in the logistics field.
