Stefania Stiscia

Stefania Stiscia is a co-founder at Core Impact Transformation since March 2023, focusing on personal development within organizations through mindset and bodyset empowerment. As a facilitator and trainer in leadership at Barcelona Activa since April 2021, Stefania designs and conducts both online and in-person leadership workshops. In addition to consulting and coaching since 2013 with artLIDER, Stefania has extensive freelance experience starting from December 2008, providing coaching for executives, team coaching, and training programs. Stefania has also contributed to academia as an author and tutor for the MBA in Organizational Leadership and Coaching at Universidad Europea del Atlántico and as a coordinator for the Master's program in Personal Coaching and Organizational Leadership at Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana. With a strong educational background including certifications in high-performing teams and transformational coaching, Stefania has further honed expertise in systemic and ontological coaching through several reputable institutions.
