Anita Coppola

Anita Coppola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and project management, currently serving as Workforce Transformation Lead for the Americas at Barclays since June 2017. Anita has held various leadership roles at Barclays, including Head of Cloud Transformation & Customer Experience and Director of GTIS Service Delivery Business Engagement. Prior to Barclays, Anita worked at Entertainment Services LLC as Senior Director of Business Management Transformation and at RoyaltyShare, Inc. as Vice President of Business Management Transformation. Anita’s early career includes significant positions at Sony Music Entertainment and BMG Music Entertainment, focusing on client services and project management. Anita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Montclair State University.
