Ashwini Panwar

Ashwini Panwar is an accomplished workforce management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. At Barclays since March 2023, Ashwini holds the position of Vice President of Workforce Management. Prior to this, Ashwini served as Senior Director and Geo Head of Workforce Management for TaskUs from November 2019 to March 2023, and as Head of Planning & Commercial at Flipkart from March 2016 to October 2019. Ashwini's earlier roles include positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Wipro BPS, TTEC, and Teleperformance India, focusing on workforce planning, capacity management, and operational efficiency. Ashwini is certified as a Workforce Planning Professional and has Six Sigma training. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Financial Management from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics from Meerut University.
