Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva possesses extensive experience in project management office (PMO) roles across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of PMO for both the Regulatory Programme and Barclays Partner Finance at Barclays since April 2018, Carlos has a solid background that includes positions such as Lead PMO at RBC Capital Markets and PMO at NatWest. Previous roles at HSBC involved serving as Head of PMO and Senior PMO Manager within various divisions, while earlier positions included PMO Manager roles at Barclays Capital, Close Brothers, HSBC, and Lloyds Banking Group. Carlos’s career commenced as an Associate Consultant at Certeco, complemented by project management consultancy experience at Pcubed. An alumnus of The University of Sheffield with a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Carlos has also pursued additional educational credentials with APM Group.
