Fiona Rawlings

Fiona Rawlings is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and stakeholder engagement within the Barclays Compliance function since April 2011. As the VP of Compliance Assurance Global Services, Fiona focuses on budget forecasting, spend analysis, and the production of financial and headcount management information. Previous roles include personal assistant to senior management, providing high-level support in diary management, event organization, and travel arrangements. Prior to Barclays, Fiona served as a personal assistant to the CFO at STV Group and worked as a medical secretary in neurology at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, where responsibilities included clinical trial data management and liaison with medical companies.
