Hiroki Okamoto

Hiroki Okamoto currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Japan at Barclays, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Hiroki was with Salesforce from September 2018 to November 2022, where roles included Career Development Senior Manager and Senior HR Business Partner for Japan and Korea. Previous experience includes significant HR leadership positions at GE, focusing on HR operations and payroll for various sectors, as well as roles at Diversey, Ipet Insurance, Prudential Financial, and Marine Corps Community Services. Hiroki holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Political Science from Gakushuin University and completed the Ranger program at Trailhead by Salesforce.
