Shweta Mohanty

Shweta Mohanty has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shweta started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Manager, HR at HFCL and worked there until 2005. Shweta then joined Accentiv` India as a Manager HR and remained in the company until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as the Head of Employee Engagement at S Tel. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources - North at Tata Motors Finance Limited, a position they have held since December 2010.

Shweta Mohanty holds an MBA in Human Resources from IMS, Shimla, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Shweta also has a Diploma in Training & Development from the Institute of Training & Development (ISTD), Delhi, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.
