Joanna Robinson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in early careers recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Early Careers Recruitment at Barclays since November 2009, Joanna has held multiple leadership roles including UK EMEA Head of Early Careers Recruitment for diverse business functions. Joanna excels in managing the graduate recruitment process and building relationships with key stakeholders to drive recruitment strategy. Prior to Barclays, Joanna worked at SQ Computer Personnel as a Recruitment Resource Adviser and held HR positions in Global Distribution and Onboarding. Joanna holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from ICS, completed in 2012.
