Jon Whitehouse

Jon Whitehouse is an experienced executive with a robust background in corporate affairs and public policy. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Corporate Affairs Transformation at Barclays since July 2009, Jon leads various strategic initiatives and oversees the Corporate Affairs and Marketing Business Management. Previous roles at Barclays include Global Head of Government & Regulatory Oversight and Chief of Staff to the Chairman, among others. Additionally, Jon is engaged with the City of London Corporation as Deputy Co-Chair of the IRSG and holds a Non-Executive Director position at TheCityUK. Prior to Barclays, Jon served at Lloyds Banking Group as Senior Manager for Public Policy & Regulation. Jon holds a degree in British Politics & Legislative Studies from the University of Hull, awarded in 1998.
