Jules Ingleby

Jules (Julian) Ingleby is an accomplished professional in the field of remuneration and reward governance, currently serving as the Head of Reward Policy & Governance at Barclays since June 2021. In this role, Jules oversees global remuneration policy development, managing share plans and supporting stakeholder interactions with regulators and executive management.
