Kathy Korchak

Kathy Korchak is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Director of Strategy & Performance and Programme Manager for the Barclays Africa Transition Programme since August 2016. Previously, Kathy held the position of Programme Director for the Credit Client Remediation Programme at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and worked as a Senior Project Manager on the Protecting Customer Card Data Programme at Direct Line Group. Additional roles include Project Manager positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Barclays Capital, and UBS, among others, with a strong focus on compliance and infrastructure projects throughout the financial services sector. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
