Lijoy Varughese

Lijoy Varughese is an experienced professional in cost and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Consolidation & Planning for Cost and Performance Management at Barclays since May 2016. Previous roles at Barclays include Vice President and Portfolio Lead as well as India Head for Cost and Performance Management. Prior to joining Barclays, Lijoy worked as a Lead Consultant at Wipro, specializing in the Oracle EPM Hyperion Suite, and led technical initiatives for a top ten bank in the UK. Earlier experience includes positions as an Oracle EPM/Hyperion Tech Analyst at Oracle and a Hyperion Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Lijoy holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala.
