Manik Sikka

Manik Sikka has extensive experience in performance engineering, currently serving as Head of Performance Engineering CoE and Head of Performance Engineering at Barclays since March 2015, following roles as Performance Engineering Lead. Prior to Barclays, Manik Sikka held positions at Dealertrack Technologies as Sr./Lead Performance Engineer and at J.Crew as Sr. Performance Engineer. Manik Sikka's career also includes roles with JPMorgan Chase, Suncoast Technologies, TD Ameritrade, McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Deloitte, Gap Inc. Direct, and Burlington Coat Factory, primarily focusing on performance engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Application from Mahatma Gandhi University and a B.A. in Arts from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University.
