Tess Pratt

Tess Pratt is an experienced professional in business management and performance optimization, currently serving as the Head of Business Management for Payment Acceptance at Barclays since June 2022. In this role, Tess oversees various operations related to payment acceptance. Previously, Tess led performance optimization efforts and managed PCI compliance and served as the VP Gateway Performance Optimisation Manager, focusing on enhancing gateway performance.
