Chi-Che Chan has a diverse work experience that spans from 2008 to present. In 2008, they interned at American International Education Foundation. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant Construction Engineer at CHING CHI Taoyuan, Taiwan. In 2013, they held multiple roles at Milwaukee School of Engineering including Lab Tech Assistant, Office Assistant, and Custodian. In 2014, they were an Engineering Intern Volunteer at James Hoffman Homes Builders and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at DCI-Artform. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at FISCHER USA, Inc. where they held the roles of Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineering Supervisor, and Mechanical Design Engineer. Currently, they are a Product Development Manager at NavePoint and will become an International Product Development Manager at Barco Products in 2022.

Chi-Che Chan obtained a High School diploma from Virginia Episcopal School in 2011. Chi-Che then attended Milwaukee School of Engineering, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management in 2018, a Minor in Marketing and Entrepreneurship in 2015, and a Minor in Mathematics in 2015. In 2021, they obtained a Retail Sales Management certification from LinkedIn and in 2019 they obtained a PE Mechanical: Machine Design and Materials certification from NCEES. In 2015, they obtained an EIT (FE Mechanical) certification from NCEES.
