Shannon Redman

Shannon Redman has a long history of work experience. Shannon began their career in 1994 as an Owner/Operator at Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, LLC. Shannon then moved to Sears Holdings Corporation in 2003, where they held the roles of Store General Manager, Store General Manager and Store Management. In 2014, they joined Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. as a Senior Learning, Development and Communications Manager, where they transformed learning into business results by defining business outcomes, designing a complete experience, delivering learning for application, driving follow-through, deploying active support and documenting results. Additionally, they developed, designed, deployed and measured National training initiatives in customer engagement, sales, product knowledge and coaching. In 2023, they joined Barco Products as a Learning and Development Manager.

Shannon Redman attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1993 to 1996, where they studied Exercise and Fitness Management. Prior to this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1990 to 1993.
