Kenny De Cloedt has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kenny started their career at Alcatel - Lucent as a Purchasing team leader from October 1999 to November 2001. Kenny then joined Accenture where they held various roles, including Supply Chain Consultant from November 2001 to October 2004, Product Manager at cpgmarket.com from November 2004 to May 2006, Senior Manager in Business Consulting from June 2006 to August 2008, and Senior Manager in Outsourced Operations from September 2008 to June 2010.

After leaving Accenture, Kenny joined Barco in July 2010 and took on the role of Director of Professional Services until February 2012. Kenny then became Director of the Global Program Office, overseeing strategic programs, until June 2013. From March 2016 to June 2023, they were the Director of Business Operations & Customer Journey, and from June 2023, they have held the position of Vice President of Business Operations.

Additionally, in 2011, Kenny worked as an External Advisor for Business Consulting at EyeOn, supporting the launch of their new Belgium office. Finally, from February 2015 to December 2016, they took on a role coaching entrepreneurs and start-ups at a start-up company.

Kenny De Cloedt has a Master's Degree in Engineering from Ghent University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. In 2000, they completed a Postgraduate program in Business Management at VLEKHO Business School Brussel. That same year, they also received a Purchasing & Negotiation Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. In 2004, they obtained a Project Management degree from Learning Tree. In 2007, they completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Thinking and Actions at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2013, they completed a mini-MBA program in Barco at TIAS School for Business and Society. Lastly, in 2018, they participated in the Digital Transformation program at Vlerick Business School.
