Valentina Gladkova

Valentina Gladkova is a Channel Operations Coordinator at Barco since April 2022, responsible for managing channel partner relationships and programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, while overseeing performance tracking against KPIs for rebate and marketing fund payments. Prior to this role, Valentina completed a traineeship in operations at Bundl, a corporate venture development firm, in early 2021. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and participated in the Erasmus+ program in Business Administration and Management at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
