Kornelis Poort

Kornelis Poort serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at MiniProto, where responsibilities include overseeing product development and leading innovation strategies for custom wire harness solutions. Currently, Kornelis also holds positions as a Laboratory Manager and Technology Specialist at Bard College and as an Electrical Engineer at Brooklyn Electronics Design. Previously, Kornelis worked as an Electronics Product Development Engineer at Unlimited Tomorrow and managed residential rental properties as a self-employed Property Manager from 2003 to 2021. Earlier in the career, Kornelis was a Fashion Model, appearing in television commercials and print campaigns for renowned brands. Kornelis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SUNY New Paltz.
