Theresa P. Castillo serves as the Chief Program Officer at HealthRight International since 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing global strategic planning, leading health equity initiatives, and spearheading a significant humanitarian response to the Ukraine crisis. Previously, Castillo held various senior roles, including Global Director for Women & Children's Health Programs, where management of multi-million dollar projects and engagement with stakeholders were key focuses. As the founder of UNMUTED: Our Sisters' Voices, Castillo promotes the empowerment of Women of Color in the arts. Academic appointments include visiting and adjunct faculty positions at prestigious institutions, coupled with a robust research background in public health and human rights.
