David Carroll has over 20 years of experience in the beverage industry. David is currently the Director of Operations at the Green River Spirits Company, as well as the Director of Operations- Green River Disillery at The Bardstown Bourbon Company. Prior to these roles, they worked at the Sazerac Company for 15 years, where they held various management positions including Network CMMS & Reliability Manager, Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Bottling & Processing Production Manager, and Bottling Maintenance Manager. David also worked at Constellation Brands for 5 years, serving as Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Sanitation Supervisor. David has a strong background in operations and maintenance within the industry.
David Carroll completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Western Kentucky University in the years 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Murray State University from 1996 to 1998, majoring in Industrial Engineering, but did not obtain a degree. David also holds a certification in Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP) from Allied Reliability, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
