Mark Erwin has extensive work experience in various roles, starting in 1984 as a Colonel in the US Army, where they served until 2010. Mark then founded their own company, Long Walk Enterprise, in 2011 and served as the Founder until 2016. In 2012, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Heritage Oil plc, and also became the CEO of A&K Global Health, a patient advocacy company, until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a U.S. Advisor at Heritage Oil Ltd. Mark then joined Karakoram Group International in 2015 as a Partner until 2019. Currently, they are the President and CEO of The Bardstown Bourbon Company and also serves on the Board of Directors.

Mark Erwin attended Wake Forest University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
