Isabel Lizardi Vilá

Isabel Lizardi Vilá has been working in the field since 2008. Isabel began their career as a Design Consultant at UNESCO, followed by a role as Design Tutor at Imperial College London in 2010. In 2008, they also became Co-Founder & Advisor and Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder at Bare Conductive. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief People Officer & Co-founder at LAIIER.IO.

Isabel Lizardi Vilá's education history includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art from 2007 to 2009; a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Design Engineering from Imperial College London from 2007 to 2009; a BA in Communication Design and Japanese Studies from the University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2005; a Research Student in Traditional Japanese Crafts from Kyoto Seika University from 2006 to 2007; and a High School diploma from Choate Rosemary Hall from 1997 to 2001. Isabel also holds a certification in How to Manage a Remote Team from Coursera, obtained in March 2022.
