Cameron Carlin, SHRM-SCP

Cameron Carlin, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked for White Lodging Services as the Director of Human Resources and previously as the Dual Director of Human Resources. Cameron also held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilton Austin and The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort.

Apart from their experience in the hospitality industry, Carlin has also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Bare Performance Nutrition and Kane Footwear. In these roles, they focused on educating and inspiring consumers to improve their health, wellness, and athletic performance.

Carlin's earlier career includes managerial positions in the food and beverage industry, including roles such as Restaurant General Manager at The Boulders, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Room Service Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Senior Restaurant Manager at The Cheesecake Factory.

Cameron has experience with various HR and management software, including ADP Timesaver, Oracle PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and Taleo Recruiting Software.

Cameron Carlin, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Currently, Cameron is pursuing a Certificate in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at Austin – Center for Professional Education (CPE), with an expected completion year of 2023. In addition, Cameron obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2015.
