Frances O'Grady

Frances O'Grady has extensive experience in retail and sales, holding several leadership positions in prominent companies. O'Grady currently serves as Head of Retail at Bared Footwear and previously worked at Retail Prodigy Group as Nike National Sales Manager, Nike State Sales Manager, and Nike Area Sales Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Luxottica Group, where O'Grady was Regional Sales Manager for Sunglass Hut in New Zealand and held various managerial positions. Early in the career, O'Grady worked as a Customer Service Associate at Barkers Menswear. O'Grady holds a Master of Business Administration from Massey University, completed in March 2023, and has also participated in a program at Mindfull Aus.
