Erin Miller

Erin Miller's work experience begins in 2005 with Cintas, where they held various roles over the years. Erin started as an Organizational Development Specialist and worked their way up to become a Corporate Director of Human Resources. During their time at Cintas, they also served as a National Director of Human Resources and a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2015, they became the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and HR Services before transitioning to the role of Director of Engagement and HR Services in 2020. Erin Miller currently holds the position of Vice President - People & Culture at BAREFOOT, starting in April 2022.

Erin Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Spelman College. Erin attended Spelman College from 1990 to 1994.
